How to Buy a Valenza Mansions CitiSuites Unit

The following are the procedure when buying a house in Valenza.

Step 2. Site Visit

Step 3. Reservation Payment
After choosing your desired house model, block and lot, you will fill-up reservation forms. The purchase and payment is formalized at the Developer’s Office.

Step 4. Marketing & Admin Briefing
After submission of Reservation forms and Quotation Sheet, you will be brief before actual purchase is formalize: • Admin Team - about the details of the house you’re buying and • Marketing Team – about required documents and other details

Step 5. Submission of Requirements
After briefing and acceptance of duly filled in forms, Client is given 30-60 days to submit necessary requirements for the purchase.

Step 6. Pay Monthly Down Payment
Your first down payment will be 30 days after you reserved. Payment schedule with due dates will be given during reservation. Note that down payment and amortization will not be paid at the same time.

Step 7. Pay Monthly Bank Amortization
Amortization will start after full down payment. Developer requires start of amortization after down payment is paid even if loan is not yet release.

Step 8. Move-in / Turnover of Property
The house delivery / turnover date is specified in the Reservation Agreement. Once constructed, the Buyer and Developer will conduct joint inspection of the house to confirm that all commitments are delivered.
